When will I receive my product?

We will try to ship out your order within 3-5 working days. However, if your product is on pre-order,  it will be delivered by 4 weeks of the date of order. If your order contains a pre-order, the entire order will only be shipped out once all the items in your order is available.

Why are there so few products available?

We have just launched our store and will be adding new products over time. Stay tuned! 

Can I still purchase a product if it is listed as out of stock on your website?

Please drop us a message at info@centrecourtco.com with the name of the item you are interested in and we will see what we can do! 

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Thank you for your interest! We currently only deliver within Singapore. If you are keen to receive a product outside of Singapore, please drop us a message at info@centrecourtco.com and we will explore possible options for you.

 

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver only to mainland Singapore, except for restricted areas such as Jurong Island and military camps. Please note that deliveries to certain areas, such as Sentosa and hotels, may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to impose additional charges for delivering your order to these areas.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Please drop us an email with your order number at info@centrecourtco.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once your order has been processed, we are unfortunately not able to make any changes to the sizes or quantity of your order. 

Discount Code Terms and Conditions 

Free shipping storewide (Delivery restrictions apply). Discount codes are valid for use until 31st December 2025. Discount code is limited to one time use per customer. 

COURTSIDE discount code cannot be used with any other codes.
